Created in 2021, Hire Path Trucking was founded upon the idea that everyone deserves a second chance.
As a company we will specifically offer hope and opportunity for disadvantaged people who may normally have trouble finding work (Disabled, criminal record etc).
One of the biggest contributing factors in criminal recitivism (people commiting crimes after release from jail/prison), is the lack of opportunity to find meaningful and gainful employment. So many programs try to offer skills training but if companies keep saying
what was the point of all that training? So, many go back to what they knew before and end up right back in the legal system.
This cycle is a major drain on fellow tax payers and the overall ecconomy at large.
We want to help people who feel left out of and looked down on by society simply because they mad a mistake/s in the past. My newly-formed company, Hire Path Trucking will be my way of doing exactly that.
We will be looking to hire and train people with challenging records. We also want to work with cdl programs that specifically apeal to those with criminal records who want to change their lives.
Our Founder is a Class-A licensed trucker with past experience as a certicfied credit anylist for Bank of America. He also faced the difficulty of supporting a family while having a challenging Background.
To Begin we will offer freight transportation and delivery services in a most professional and timely manor making sure your products arrive safely and on time.
Our drivers will not just be trained to drive.
We teach our drivers to be professional customer service agents who will be the face, not just of our company, but of our movement. We will also teach them how to build credit and to responsibly handle it. We want our people to have life skills and have a real life, not just a job.
